Abstract Short Summary

This case report presents the first correction of ventral Peyronie’s curvature using the Rigicon Infla10® X and plaque incision with collagen fleece (PICS technique), showing successful straightening and preserved function.

Abstract

Objective:

To describe the first-in-literature correction of ventral curvature in Peyronie’s disease using Infla10® X and the PICS technique.

Key Findings:

The patient experienced complete correction of ventral curvature, excellent prosthetic function, and no surgical complications. The combined technique proved feasible and safe in this challenging anatomical presentation.

Conclusion:

The Infla10® X penile prosthesis combined with the PICS technique offers a novel, effective solution for correcting ventral Peyronie’s curvature.

Clinical Relevance:

Ventral curvature in Peyronie’s disease is rare and technically demanding. This report introduces a practical surgical approach using Rigicon’s technology for successful correction and improved outcomes.
