Abstract Short Summary
Abstract
Objective:
This study evaluates the surgical outcomes and procedural nuances of implanting the Rigicon Infla10® Inflatable Penile Prosthesis (IPP) using both penoscrotal and subcoronal approaches at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH).
Key Findings:
- Both surgical approaches demonstrated effective implantation of the Rigicon Infla10® IPP.
- The study provides insights into the procedural considerations and potential benefits associated with each surgical technique.
Conclusion:
The UKSH experience indicates that the Rigicon Infla10® IPP can be successfully implanted using either the penoscrotal or subcoronal approach, offering flexibility in surgical technique based on patient-specific factors and surgeon preference.
Clinical Relevance:
This study contributes to the growing body of evidence supporting the versatility and efficacy of the Rigicon Infla10® IPP in the surgical management of erectile dysfunction.
