Is this for me?
If tablets, injections or pumps haven't worked—or don't suit you—an inflatable implant can offer a long-term, discreet solution you control. Your urologist will discuss all suitable options with you so you can decide together.

Tablets/injections/pumps haven't worked or aren't suitable
You've tried other ED treatments but they haven't provided the results you need, or they're not appropriate for your situation.

You want a long-term, discreet solution you control
You're looking for a permanent solution that's completely hidden and gives you control over when and how long you have an erection.

You're ready to discuss all options with a urologist
You understand this is a surgical solution and want to explore all treatment options through shared decision-making with your healthcare provider.
How it works
A small pump in the scrotum moves sterile fluid into cylinders inside the penis for an erection. Press the deflate button to return to soft. Everything is hidden inside your body.
Squeeze a small, hidden pump in the scrotum
The pump moves sterile fluid from a reservoir into cylinders in the penis, creating firmness.
Enjoy a firm, natural-feeling erection
The inflated cylinders provide rigidity that feels natural and allows for satisfactory intercourse.
(Three-piece system = cylinders + pump + reservoir.)

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it change sensation or orgasm?
Sensation and ability to orgasm are usually unchanged. The implant affects rigidity, not the nerve pathways responsible for sensation and climax.
Most patients report that sexual satisfaction and orgasmic function remain the same or improve due to restored confidence and function.
Will it increase size?
Implants restore rigidity; they don't increase natural length. However, the Infla10® Pulse™ series provides significant girth expansion capabilities.
The AX model offers exceptional length expansion of up to 25% relative to the original length, depending on your anatomy. Your surgeon will discuss realistic expectations during consultation.2
Will anyone notice?
The implant is fully internal and not visible. When deflated, the penis appears and feels natural in both clothed and unclothed situations.
The surgical incisions are placed in discreet locations and heal to minimal scarring. Partners typically cannot detect the presence of the device.
When can we have sex?
Typically 4-6 weeks if your surgeon clears you. This timeline allows for proper healing and reduces the risk of complications.
Your surgeon will provide specific guidelines based on your healing progress, the type of implant, and your individual circumstances. Never rush this timeline.
How long do the devices last?
Published studies indicate that modern inflatable implants have excellent durability. Studies show survival rates of 93.3% at 1 year, 91.0% at 3 years, and 87.2% at 5 years. (See Clinical Evidence)
The Infla10® Pulse™ series incorporates advanced engineering including a reinforced fourth layer for enhanced durability. Your surgeon will discuss expected device lifespan for your specific case.
What are the main risks?
Published studies indicate that the main risks are infection (2-3% in experienced centers) and mechanical failure (<5% at 5 years with modern devices). (See Clinical Evidence)
Other potential complications include bleeding, pain, and rarely, device erosion. Your surgeon will discuss all risks and how they minimize them through careful technique and appropriate patient selection.
What is the warranty period for this product?

This warranty covers device replacement if there are defects in materials or workmanship as determined by Rigicon. It applies only to the original patient and cannot be transferred. Please note that the warranty doesn't cover surgical costs, hospital fees, or removal/re-implantation expenses.
