Will it feel natural?
Most partners say it feels natural during sex. The implants provide rigidity that allows for normal sensation and ejaculation.
Will anyone notice?
No—both types of implants are fully internal. The inflatable type is completely flaccid when not in use, while the malleable type can be positioned downward for concealment.
Will it change my size?
Implants restore rigidity; they don't increase your natural length. The device is sized to your anatomy during surgery.
How long will it last?
Modern implants are designed for long-term use. Studies show that about 60-80% of devices are still functioning after 15-20 years, though some may require revision.
Can I still orgasm and ejaculate?
Yes. The implant doesn't affect sensation, orgasm, or ejaculation. These functions remain the same as before surgery.
What about MRI?
