Is this for me?

If you've lost a testicle (for example after cancer, torsion or injury) or were born without one, a testicular implant can restore scrotal appearance. It does not make sperm or testosterone. You can have it at the time of removal or as a separate procedure later—your choice.

You've lost a testicle or were born without one

You've experienced testicle loss due to cancer, torsion, trauma, or were born with an absent testicle (monorchism), and you want to restore scrotal appearance.

2

You understand it won't make sperm or testosterone

You recognize that a testicular implant is for cosmetic purposes only and doesn't restore hormonal or reproductive function.

3
You're deciding timing with your urologist

You're deciding timing with your urologist

You're discussing with your doctor whether to have the implant placed during testicle removal surgery or as a separate procedure later.

How it looks

Your surgeon places an implant shaped like a testicle through a small incision. Testi10™ comes in five sizes and two feels—prefilled saline for softness or a firm option. Everything stays inside the body.

1

An implant shaped like a testicle is placed inside the scrotum

The surgeon makes a small incision in your groin or upper scrotum and creates a pouch for the implant.

2

Your surgeon selects the size and firmness

Testi10™ comes in five sizes (XS-XL) to match your anatomy. The prefilled saline option provides a soft, natural feel.

3
Everything is internal—nothing is visible outside

Everything is internal—nothing is visible outside

Once placed, the implant is completely inside your body with no external components.

Testi10™ offers five sizes (XS-XL) and two firmness options to ensure the best possible match for your anatomy and comfort preferences.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it look/feel normal?

It aims to match closely, but may be a little firmer or sit slightly higher than a natural testicle.

Does it restore fertility or hormones?

No. The implant is for cosmetic purposes only. If both testes are absent, ask about testosterone therapy.

When can I resume sexual activity?

Many people are cleared after 1-2 weeks; follow your surgeon's advice.

Is the testicle prosthesis comfortable?

Yes, most individuals adapt quickly. The Testi10™ saline design provides a natural feel, and most men report forgetting they have an implant.

Will others be able to tell I have an artificial testicle?

No, when properly sized and implanted, the look and feel is natural and typically undetectable to others.

What about MRI?

Tell radiology you have an implant so they can follow device labeling and safety steps. Testi10™ is MR-Conditional under specified conditions.
