Is this for me?

If tablets, injections or pumps haven't worked—or don't suit you—a malleable implant can offer a long-term, discreet solution you control. Your urologist will discuss all suitable options with you so you can decide together.

1
Erectile Dysfunction Treatment Options

Tablets/injections/pumps haven't worked or aren't suitable

You've tried other ED treatments but they haven't provided the results you need, or they're not appropriate for your situation.

2
Discreet Control Solution

You want a long-term, discreet solution you control

You're looking for a permanent solution that's completely hidden and gives you control over when and how long you have an erection.

3
Urologist Consultation

You're ready to discuss all options with a urologist

You understand this is a surgical solution and want to explore all treatment options through shared decision-making with your healthcare provider.

How it works

Two bendable rods sit inside the penis (everything is internal). Lift up for sex; bend down afterwards to conceal.

Manually position upward for sexual intercourse

The prosthesis can be manually positioned upward when sexual intercourse is desired. The malleable rods inside provide the rigidity required for penetration.

Bend downward for concealment

When intercourse is finished or during daily activities, simply bend the penis downward to allow comfortable and discreet concealment under clothing.

Rigi10 features Flexible Rod Technology with up to 135° bending capability.

What to expect

Surgery day

Usually short stay (per center protocol). Most procedures are performed as day surgery or with a short hospital stay.

Week 1-2

Light activities often resume in 1-2 weeks (as advised). Back to light activity, as guided by your medical team.

~6 weeks

Many people are cleared for sexual activity at about 6 weeks after their follow-up. Your surgeon decides.

Risks

As with any surgery, risks include infection, bleeding/pain and device issues; sometimes revision is needed. We work with your surgeon to minimize risks.

*Recovery is individual. Always follow your surgeon's advice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it increase size?

No—implants restore rigidity; they don't increase natural length.

Is it visible?

Implants can be felt but aren't visible outside the body; they are concealed by bending down.

Sensation or orgasm?

Usually unchanged compared with before surgery.

When can we have sex?

Typically, 4-6 weeks if you're cleared at follow-up.

Why malleable vs inflatable?

Malleables are simpler, avoid pump use, and have fewer mechanical issues; inflatables give a softer flaccid state. Choose with your surgeon.

MRI?

Rigi10 is MR-Conditional and can be safely scanned under specific conditions. Always follow the manufacturer's Instructions for Use (IFU) and consult with your healthcare provider before any MRI examination.
